Las Cruces Condominium Features

Our preconstruction sales are currently under way for Condominium Building #1 & #2.  Condominium Building #1 will be built first (the condominium building closest to Mesilla). You will notice the color coded floor plans, which will show you where in the condominium building the units are located. Keep in mind, the 2nd floor is almost exactly the same as the 1st floor, with the exception of the two 1 bedroom units located above the exercise room, and the downstairs 1 bedroom unit.

This will be a secure gated community, with the opportunity to purchase a garage or a covered parking space for most of the 2 bedroom condominium units. The one bedroom condominium units will not have the option to purchase a garage or covered parking, unless the larger condominium units have opted not to purchase the garage or covered parking.

We also have information about the condominium amenities found in each condominium building.

Garages will be located at the North end of the property, limited number of garages are available for the purchase price of $20,000. Covered Parking is also available for a purchase price of $3500.
